These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Recipe Publication, including the recipe content, blog, membership program, and kitchenware shop (together, the "Services"), operated by PUBLICATION POINT, LLC, located at 200 Monticello Dr, Suite D, Dyer, IN 46311, USA ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNTS:

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account, subscribe to a paid membership, or place an order in the shop. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and to keep that information up to date.

CONTENT AND RECIPE ACCESS:

The Site publishes recipe content, articles, and related media. Approximately half of the recipes published on the Site are available to all visitors free of charge, and the remaining recipes are reserved for active paid members as described in the Membership section below. We may move individual recipes between free and member-only status from time to time, and we may add, remove, or modify content at our discretion.

MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM:

We offer a paid membership that unlocks member-only recipes and related content. New members begin with a 30-day trial; if you do not cancel before the trial ends, your card is billed $8.99 per month or $98.99 per year (depending on the plan selected at signup), charged in advance to the payment method on file, and automatically renews at the end of each billing period until canceled. You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the then-current billing period; we do not provide prorated refunds for the unused portion of a billing period except as described in our Refund Policy. Membership pricing is subject to change with advance notice, and any price change will apply to future billing periods only.

SHOP ORDERS:

The kitchenware shop sells physical products described on the Site. All prices are listed in United States dollars. We make reasonable efforts to display accurate pricing, descriptions, and availability, but errors may occur, and we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order affected by a pricing or listing error, in which case we will notify you and issue a full refund for that order. Title and risk of loss for shop products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. Return and refund terms for shop products are described in our Refund Policy.

USER CONDUCT:

You agree not to use the Services to violate any law, infringe the intellectual property or other rights of any person, upload harmful code, scrape or systematically extract content from the Site without our written permission, or interfere with the operation or security of the Services. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY:

All content on the Site, including recipes, articles, photographs, graphics, logos, and the overall look and feel of the Site, is owned by PUBLICATION POINT, LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may view and print content for personal, non-commercial use, but you may not republish, redistribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent.

DISCLAIMERS:

The Services, including all recipes and kitchenware product information, are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Recipe results can vary based on ingredients, equipment, and technique, and we do not guarantee any specific outcome. Additional disclaimers applicable to recipe and nutritional content are set out in our separate Disclaimer document, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PUBLICATION POINT, LLC and its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES:

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS:

We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will update the effective date above when we do, and continued use of the Services after a revision takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
