About Recipe Publication
Your Daily Taste of Culinary Inspiration.
Our Story
Recipe Publication started in a small kitchen with a simple frustration: too many recipes online promised more than they delivered. Ingredients were vague, steps skipped the parts that actually mattered, and the photos never looked like what came out of the oven. We wanted something different, recipes that were tested more than once, written by people who actually cook on weeknights, and honest about how long things really take.
Today that same idea drives everything we publish. Every recipe on this site is developed, cooked, and tasted by our team before it goes live, then tested again by a second cook to make sure it holds up in a different kitchen with different equipment. We keep half of our recipe library free for everyone, because good cooking shouldn't be locked behind a paywall, and we offer membership for readers who want our full archive, meal plans, and an ad-free experience. Beyond recipes, we've built a small shop of kitchen tools we genuinely use and recommend, and a journal where we share techniques, substitutions, and the occasional kitchen disaster.
Meet the Team
The cooks, writers, and editors who test and publish every recipe.
Marcus Reyes
Marcus started Recipe Publication after a decade working line cook and sous chef stations in Chicago and Miami. He now oversees the site's recipe testing standards and writes the majority of the technique-focused features.
Priya Nair
Priya trained at a culinary school in Bangalore before moving into recipe development for print and digital food publications. She specializes in global pantry staples and ingredient-driven storytelling, and every recipe she publishes is tested at least three times.
Devon Michaels
Devon leads the sourcing and testing process for every kitchenware item featured on the site, drawing on a background in commercial kitchen equipment sales. He personally uses each tool in his own kitchen for at least a month before it is approved for the shop.
